CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Front Store Merchandising organization across 7,000+ stores. You will analyze sales trends, optimize merchandising strategies, and drive data-driven decisions to grow category share while considering P&L impact.

The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional influence and strategic problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• 3+ years’ experience using design methodologies, including user research and prototype iteration.
• 3+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials.
• 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data.
• 3+ years’ experience building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends.
• 3+ years’ experience analyzing market trends.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develops pricing strategies and promotional plans for assigned categories.
• Analyzes and optimizes asset performance and provides improvement recommendations.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of performance, risks, and returns within the category.
• Monitors KPIs and generates reports to evaluate category strategies.
• Forecasts demand and stock levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Evaluates supplier performance and negotiates procurement terms.
• Leads and mentors junior staff on industry practices and processes.
• Presents findings and recommendations in cross-functional meetings.
• Supports development of merchandising strategies for growth areas and segments.
• Tracks industry trends and attends conferences for insights.
• Coordinates New Item setup for planograms and mid-year items.
• Manages off-shelf programs with key suppliers and reporting.
