Funding Department Data Entry Associate (Temporary, Part-Time)

• Experience with DocuSign preferred.
• This position supports the Funding Department and is primarily focused on data entry and document processing.
• Responsibilities include reviewing and processing funding packets, entering information into leasing packets, verifying the accuracy of sales orders and invoices, and preparing documents for DocuSign distribution.
• Processes approximately 3-5 funding packets per day; current workload completion is 1-2 packets daily.
• Opens and reviews escrow packets.
• Utilizes Cooper SharePoint to access and manage sales orders.
• Ensures all barrel invoices are accurately processed and paid.
• Role is strictly data-entry focused with no phone or email responsibilities.

Schedule

• Part-time: Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (20 hours per week)

Assignment Duration

• Expected end date: November 30
• Earliest possible start date: October 29

Additional Information

• This is a newly created support position; these duties have previously been handled directly by the Vice President.
