Job summary

AngelList’s Belltower Funds division is seeking an experienced S&C Manager to lead the Subscriptions & Closings team. You will own end-to-end fund and SPV setups, oversee subscriptions, closings, and proration, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and sanctions checks.

You will work with GPs and institutional clients to translate needs into scalable product requirements, partnering with Product and Engineering to ship improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fund administration, fund operations, or investor services within private markets.
• Direct experience with investor subscriptions, capital closings, and fund or SPV setup.
• Strong customer service experience serving GPs, LPs, or institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&C team day-to-day and manage coverage, workload planning, and SLAs.
• Own end-to-end fund and SPV setup, subscription reviews, prorations, and closings; escalate compliance risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for GPs and institutional clients, translating needs into product requirements.
• Own playbooks for institutional fund closings, side letters, capital calls, and multi-close mechanisms.
• Identify and ship product/process improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
