Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Manager to join our RSM Fund Services + practice in Philadelphia. You will serve as the day-to-day engagement manager for fund administration engagements with a strong focus on private equity clients, handling capital calls, distributions, and quarterly/year-end reporting.

You will mentor the Fund Services Plus team, coordinate with offshore teams and auditors, and help streamline processes while ensuring compliance with fund policies and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Big 4 or national accounting firms fund accounting experience in the private equity industry.
• Interpret/apply the financial and operational terms of Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
• CPA and/or CA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day engagement manager for fund administration engagements with a focus on private equity clients.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, wires/cash management, and reporting.
• Train and develop the Fund Services Plus team for fund accounting and reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate with offshore affiliates and guide the offshore team on Fund Services Plus engagements.
• Ensure compliance with fund policies and timely servicing of client needs.
