Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant fund accounting or fund administration experience.
• Ability to interpret Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CA, or progress toward certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Allvue/Yardi or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, detail oriented, and organized work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting.
• Manage day-to-day fund administration activities for private equity and real estate funds.
• Become expert user of the firm's fund administration technology platform.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and setup of investors, investments, and reports.
• Prepare/calculate capital calls and distributions in the technology platform.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers for year-end audits.
