Job summary

RSM US LLP in Center Square, PA, is seeking a Supervisor to join the Fund Services+ practice. You will oversee private equity and real estate fund administration, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, and manage cash, capital calls, and investor reporting.

The role requires 4+ years of fund accounting experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/CA preferred, and proficiency with Excel and fund tech platforms like Allvue and Yardi.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fund accounting or fund administration experience.
• Ability to interpret LPAs for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CA or progress toward certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and fund administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting packages.
• Manage day-to-day operating activities for PE and real estate funds, including cash management, capital calls, and distributions.
• Become an expert user in the firm's fund administration technology platform.
• Assist onboarding new clients and set up investors, investments, and reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers for year-end audits and tax info.
• Train junior staff as the team grows.
