The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the fund industry, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund industry.
• Experience servicing institutional clients.
• Sound knowledge of investment fund products.
• Regulatory knowledge for different funds.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships with institutional clients and strategic accounts.

Our client, a Fund Services Company, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

Maintain strong client relationship with institutional clients and strategic accounts

Collaborate with internal Fund Operations team including fund accounting & administration, transfer agency to ensure delivery of high standard fund services

Arrange new fund on-boarding for new clients

Build good relationships with fund managers, consultants and legal advisers

Perform regular review with clients to meet the expected service level

Prepare market updates for clients and answer enquiries from clients

Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

University graduate in Accounting or Finance discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in fund industry

Experience in servicing or dealing with institutional clients

Solid experience in fund operations

Good business acumen with sound knowledge of investment fund products

Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for different funds

Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Good communication and interpersonal skills
