With a global workforce of more than 5,800 people across 25 jurisdictions, we administer over US$750 billion in assets and work with 13 of the world’s top‑15 private‑equity firms.
Our services are supported by a Group‑wide commitment to ESG, best‑in‑class technology, including a global data platform, and innovative proprietary tools. Above all, the people behind these solutions enable us to act as trusted partners, delivering intelligent solutions rooted in deep client understanding.
In this role, you’ll work closely with top‑tier real‑estate fund clients, leveraging your expertise in alternative investment fund accounting and complex fund structures. You’ll oversee global fund accounting operations with offshore teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. As the primary client‑facing representative, you’ll manage relationships, lead service delivery, and mentor junior team members in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Our commitment to sustainability drives our strategy and operations. We aim to build long‑term relationships with all stakeholders—employees, clients, and local communities—while reducing our environmental impact. We promote an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture, led by our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion steering committee.
Our learning and development programs and systems, including PowerU and MyCampus, enable career growth. A hybrid working approach supports balance and flexibility. Through the IQ‑EQ Launchpad we support women managers launching their first funds, addressing the gender imbalance in private equity and venture capital.
We’re dedicated to growing client relationships and supporting their objectives, recognising that their sustainability and success are intertwined with ours.
