Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 10+ years solid experience in Fund Services or Financial industry, with at least 3 years in supervisory level.
• New fund set up and fund accounting experience essential.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diligent and responsible, able to work independently under high pressure environment.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of subordinates to perform fund accounting functions, including portfolio evaluation and calculation of fund dealing prices, reviewing NAV calculations, preparation of the financial statements, etc.

Play an active role in new funds set up

Supervise daily cash management, including cash flow projection, handling payments, fund transfer and its monthly reconciliation.

Review and update internal control standards and compliance policies so as to ensure best practice within the business

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff

Liaison with both internal and external auditors for funds’ audit

Requirements:
