Ultimus Fund Solutions is seeking a Financial Administrator I, Retail Alternatives to handle financial, compliance and treasury reporting for retail alternative clients. You will prepare complex statements, coordinate SEC filings, and support board reporting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables.

The role involves collaboration with the Financial Administration team, training junior associates, and maintaining adherence to service level agreements across fund reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with fund accounting or fund administration.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Prepares complex financial statements and related reports for fund securities on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
• Compiles quarterly reporting materials for Board Members and prepares tax packages.
• Analyzes investment activity and reconciles financial data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of client reporting.
• Monitors fund performance and provides training to junior associates as needed.
• Ensures SEC filings and disclosures are accurate and compliant.
