Dayforce is seeking a Financial Administrator I, Retail Alternatives to support financial reporting, compliance, and treasury activities for specialized funds such as interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs, and REITs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with fund accounting or fund administration.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares complex financial statements and related reports for fund securities, including SEC filings.
  • Compiles quarterly reporting materials for Board Members.
  • Prepares and validates client accounts, financial statements, and investor reporting at fund and portfolio company levels.
  • Analyses and reconciles investment activity and financial data to ensure accuracy of client reporting.
  • Monitors fund performance and distributes performance information to clients as needed.
  • Provides training and guidance to junior associates and reviews work for compliance with standards.
