Atlantic Group - New Jersey is seeking a driven Fund Operations Associate in Conshohocken, PA. You will manage daily fund operations, onboarding, distributions, capital calls, and AML while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

The role requires experience with alternative investments and fund structures in a hybrid setting (1 day in office per week). You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, assess risk, and support cash management and audits to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily fund operational functions including full-cycle onboarding.
• Process fund investment distributions, capital calls, redemptions/withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process investment subscriptions, agreements and AML documentation.
• Coordinate new fund launches, due diligence, closures and other operational areas.
• Coordinate fund documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide operational risk assessments and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support cash management controls and audit processes.
• Support Fund Operations team in managing investments and business goals.

Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and a “can do” mindset to work as a Fund Operations Associate in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Must have experience working with Alternative Investments. This is a hybrid role based on of Conshohocken (1 day in office/week)

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of daily fund operational functions, including full-cycle investor onboarding processes.
• Process fund investment distributions, manage investor capital calls, administer redemptions/withdrawals and fund transfers/retitling.
• Process underlying investment subscriptions, agreements and accompanying AML.
• Manage and coordinate new fund launches, operational due diligence, fund closures and other fund operational areas as needed.
• Coordinate fund documentation to ensure operational processes are detailed accurately and within compliance requirements.
• Provide operational risk assessments of current processes and work with key stakeholders to resolve any issues.
• Assist with cash management control and the fund audit process to ensure documentation is accurate, timely and meets compliance and audit requirements.
• Support Fund Operations team members to assist with managing PPB’s fund investments and overall business operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working within fund and investment operations.
• Demonstrated solid product knowledge and understanding of fund structures – in particular alternative investments.
• Strong technical skills and experience using fund operational/accounting platforms and structures is a definite plus.
