Job summary

Standish Management, LLC seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to oversee branding, messaging, and digital channels across client and market-facing materials. The role partners with business development and firm leadership to translate priorities into polished marketing deliverables.

You will manage external communications, event marketing, content creation, and presentation design, coordinating vendors while maintaining Standish visuals and a cohesive brand across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 4-8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, presentation design, preferably within fund administration, financial services or alternative investment.
• Demonstrated success supporting investor relations and investor communication.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make materials polished, cohesive, and client ready.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing tools including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Management: maintain Standish brand across communications, materials, digital channels, and events.
• Develop creative marketing materials that communicate capabilities and expertise in a polished way.
• Coordinate external communications including firm announcements, press releases, website updates, LinkedIn posts, event promotion.
• Support internal communications with clear, consistent messaging for updates, leadership communications, and recruiting initiatives.
• Lead relationships with external vendors and partners such as designers, photographers, web developers, and agencies.
• Oversee brand collateral, presentations, signage, gifts, and other branded assets.
• Corporate & Business Development Support: work with BD to support corporate initiatives and materials.
• Develop and maintain client/prospect decks, due diligence questionnaires, service line documentation, and strategic communications.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging across all internal and external communications.
• Events Marketing: manage marketing and communications for events, conferences, and internal programs.
• Develop event branding, invitations, attendee communications, signage, and post-event content.
• Identify opportunities to boost attendee engagement and ROI, strengthening client and industry relationships.
• Digital Marketing & Content Management: manage website, email marketing, social media, and other channels.
• Translate substantive content into compelling content showcasing investment philosophy, market expertise, and value proposition.
• Collaborate to develop case studies and marketing content that supports brand-building objectives.
• Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations: track engagement metrics and report to leadership; maintain calendars, templates, and asset libraries.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices for marketing position.
