Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate the firm’s messaging and visual identity across client and market-facing materials, digital channels, events, and internal communications. You will translate business priorities into polished deliverables and manage a broad range of initiatives from digital marketing to presentation design and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4-8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, presentation design, preferably within fund administration, financial services or alternative investment.
• Demonstrated success supporting investor relations and investor communication.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make materials polished, cohesive, and client ready.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing tools including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Management: maintain brand consistency across external and internal communications, materials, digital channels and events.
• Develop marketing materials communicating the firm's capabilities and differentiators in a polished way.
• Coordinate external communications including firm announcements, press releases, website updates, LinkedIn posts, and event promotion.
• Support internal communications with clear, consistent messaging for updates and recruiting efforts.
• Lead relationships with external vendors and creative partners (designers, photographers, web developers, agencies).
• Oversee brand collateral, posters, presentations, and other branded assets.
