This role translates business priorities into polished marketing deliverables while coordinating with business development and firm leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in marketing and presentation design, plus investor relations experience and proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, presentation design, preferably within fund administration, financial services or alternative investment.
• Demonstrated success supporting investor relations and investor communication.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with polished, client-ready materials.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing tools including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Management: maintain Standish brand across communications, materials, digital channels and events.
• Corporate & Business Development Support: develop and enhance client decks, presentations, questionnaires and service docs.
• Events Marketing: coordinate branding, invitations, signage, presentation materials and post-event content.
• Digital Marketing & Content Management: manage website, email, social, and other digital channels; translate content into investment messaging.
• Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations: track metrics, maintain calendars, assets, and conduct market analysis.
