Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support and enhance Standish’s marketing and communications. This role will ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across client and market-facing materials, digital channels, events, and internal communications while partnering with business development and firm leadership.

You will translate priorities into polished marketing deliverables, coordinate initiatives across digital marketing, events, and content,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
4–8+ years in marketing/communications, preferably in fund administration or financial services.
Demonstrated success supporting investor relations and investor communication.
Strong visual communication and presentation design; client-ready materials.
Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Brand Management: maintain Standish brand across communications, digital channels, and events.
Develop marketing materials communicating capabilities, differentiators, and services.
Coordinate external communications: press releases, website updates, LinkedIn posts, events.
Support internal communications with clear messaging for updates and recruiting initiatives.
Lead relationships with external vendors and oversee branded assets.
Develop corporate and business development materials for decks and services.
