Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4-8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, presentation design, preferably within fund administration, financial services or alternative investment
• Demonstrated success supporting investor relations and investor communication
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make materials polished, cohesive, and client ready
• Advanced proficiency with marketing tools including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Management: Maintain Standish brand across external and internal communications, client-facing materials, digital channels, and events
• Corporate & Business Development Support: Develop, maintain, and enhance business development materials, including client decks, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and service line documentation
• Events Marketing: Coordinate the marketing and communications aspects of internal and external events, conferences, networking events, and internal programs
• Digital Marketing & Content Management: Manage digital marketing initiatives, website, email marketing, social media, and other content; develop case studies and marketing content
• Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations: Track marketing metrics, maintain calendars, templates, asset libraries, and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
