Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support and enhance the firm’s messaging and visual identity across client materials, digital channels, events, and internal communications while partnering with business development and firm leadership.

The role requires strong storytelling, project management, and ability to translate priorities into practical marketing deliverables, presentations, and campaigns that reflect Standish branding in a sophisticated way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 4-8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, presentation design, preferably within fund administration, financial services or alternative investment
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make materials polished, cohesive, and client ready

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across communications, client materials, digital channels, and events.
• Create marketing materials that communicate capabilities and differentiators in a polished way.
• Coordinate external communications including announcements, press releases, website updates, LinkedIn, event promotion.
• Support internal communications with clear messaging for updates, leadership communications, and employer branding.
• Lead relationships with external vendors and creative partners such as designers, photographers, and agencies.
• Oversee brand collateral, promotional materials, signage, gifts, and other assets.
• Corporate & Business Development Support: Develop and maintain client and prospect decks, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and service line documentation.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging across all communications.
• Events Marketing: Manage marketing aspects of internal and external events, conferences, and programs.
• Develop event branding, invitations, signage, and post-event content to maximize engagement.
• Digital Marketing & Content Management: Manage website, email marketing, social media, and other channels.
• Create content that communicates the firm’s investment philosophy, market expertise, and portfolio successes.
• Collaborate on case studies and marketing content that supports branding objectives.
• Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations: Track engagement metrics and report to leadership.
• Maintain calendars, templates, asset libraries, and vendor contacts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that strengthen marketing position.
