Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking an Analyst on the Funds Strategy Team to support fund strategy, analytics, and business reporting across the manager-of-managers platform. You will engage in investment analysis, fund lineup oversight, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level communication to support Lincoln’s insurance and retirement products.

• Proven project management ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities in evaluating investments and fund performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to execution, manage timelines and stakeholders.
