Job summary

BLUE WHALE INTERNATIONAL seeks a Fund Controller to join its Miami, FL team. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in accounting or fund accounting, with significant experience in real estate funds, Private Equity, and fund administration.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of accounting or fund accounting experience.
• Experience at a Big Four or leading audit/professional services firms.
• Significant experience with real estate funds, Private Equity, and fund administration.
• Knowledge of NAV, capital calls, fund distributions, and investor allocations.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or fund accounting.
• Experience at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or leading audit and professional services firms, particularly serving clients in Real Estate, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Funds.
• Significant experience with real estate investment funds, Private Equity, and fund administration.
• Knowledge of NAV, capital calls, fund distributions, and investor allocations.
• Fluent English and Spanish – required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – required. No sponsorship is available.
• 100% on-site position in Miami, FL.

Compensation & Conditions

• Annual salary: USD $120,000–$140,000 + discretionary bonus
