Job summary

One of Colombia’s leading construction and infrastructure companies is seeking a Fund Controller to join its operations in Miami, Florida. The role requires 10–15+ years of accounting and fund administration experience, with strong NAV knowledge and U.S. work authorization.

This is a 100% on-site position in Miami, with a US$120,000–$140,000 annual salary plus discretionary bonus. Eligible candidates will have Big Four experience or equivalent, fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or fund accounting.
• Experience at a Big Four firm or leading audit and professional services firms serving Real Estate, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Funds.
• Significant experience with real estate investment funds, Private Equity, and fund administration.
• Knowledge of NAV, capital calls, fund distributions, and investor allocations.
• Fluent English and Spanish – required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – required. No sponsorship is available.
• 100% on-site position in Miami, FL.
