Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification or candidate.
• 10+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accounting.
• Two or more years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accounting principles affecting mutual funds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund compliance programs and SEC regulatory filings.
• Manage fund expenses and reporting to Board of Directors.
• Serve as primary contact for fund clients and regulators.
• Coordinate fund operations and service provider activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
