Job summary

State Street is seeking a Private Credit NAV professional to lead accounting and administrative services for multiple alternative investment client relationships. You will allocate income, calculate management/incentive fees, and manage fund-level NAV reporting, while onboarding new funds and ensuring top-tier client service.

Role requires 5–6 years in private markets, CPA preferred, and familiarity with Investran or Geneva; leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5–6 years of Private Market experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures is preferred.
• CPA qualification is favorable but not required.
• Investran or Geneva experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for multiple clients.
• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees per waterfall provisions.
• Oversee portfolio- and fund-level accounting and monthly/quarterly NAV reporting.
• Lead onboarding of existing client funds and launch of new funds.
• Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Design technology solutions to address reporting and data needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in strategic working groups.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff to realize their full potential.
