Qualifications

• 8+ years of fund accounting experience, preferably in private credit, private equity, or alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting and fund structures.
• Experience with investment company accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the books and records for private investment funds.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations and financial reporting.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
