Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. provides hedge fund administration with a flexible scheduling option. The role may be structured as full-time (approx. 12:00 p.m. – EST) or part-time for Maine-based candidates, with remote work flexibility and opportunities for promotion.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in hedge fund accounting, plus experience with Advent Geneva World Investor and strong Excel skills. Collaboration with fund managers and service providers is essential.

Competenze

• Three+ years of experience in fund accounting for hedge funds.
• Experience liaising with fund managers and service providers.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

Mansioni

• Allocate profit and loss to investors, including management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments and cash wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to fund managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, financial statements, audits and regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to ensure service levels; review NAV and investor statements for accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and support fund accountants.
• Ensure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and timely.
