Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple private equity fund structures
• Manage third-party fund administrators and review financial statement packages
• Review complex accounting matters, including carried interest and waterfall calculations
• Lead the year-end audit process and serve as a primary point of contact with external auditors
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and notices
• Manage credit facilities, including drawdowns, repayments, and covenant compliance
• Review management fees, fund expenses, and related allocations
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and banking activity
• Partner with internal teams on investor reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
• Coordinate regulatory reporting across international fund structures
• Interpret LPAs and side letters to ensure accounting, allocations, and distributions are properly executed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support broader finance initiatives
• Manage and develop members of the fund accounting team
