Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• MBA/MSA strongly preferred.
• CPA license preferred; experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with private equity accounting and fund reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly financial statements for Limited Partners and report fund performance.
• Prepare schedules supporting general ledger balances and GL reporting.
• Calculate and distribute capital calls to Limited Partners.
• Understand and interpret Limited Partnership Agreement terms.
• Calculate and review complex waterfall structures.
• Complete regulatory forms to ensure fund compliance.
• Distribute proceeds to Limited Partners and ensure correct allocations.
• Interact with General Partners and respond to information requests.
• Review investment packages and verify correct wiring and amounts.
• Calculate management fees for the Investment/Portfolio management services.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide reports for audits.
• Lead, train, and develop fund team members; provide daily leadership.
