Qualifications

• Strong partnership accounting and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with complex fund structures, waterfalls, carried interest, and capital activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, NAV, financial reporting, and audits.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, cash, and fund expenses.
• Review complex investment transactions and partnership accounting.
• Partner with internal teams, administrators, and auditors.
• Support new fund launches and operational initiatives.
