Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Manager, Fund Accounting for its Providence, RI operations. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence Tue-Thu with strong private equity fund accounting expertise and leadership potential.

The candidate will oversee financial reporting, coordinate audits, and manage investor reporting across multiple funds, with exposure to carried interest and complex waterfall calculations. CPA preferred.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of progressive private equity fund accounting.
• CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple private equity fund structures.
• Manage third-party administrators and review quarterly and annual financial statement packages.
• Review complex accounting matters, including carried interest, waterfall calculations, management fees, fund expenses, and investor allocations.
• Lead year-end audit coordination with external auditors.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, credit facilities, drawdowns, covenant compliance, and cash management.
• Partner with internal teams on investor reporting and regulatory filings.
• Interpret LPAs and side letters to ensure reporting aligns with governing documents.
