Daley And Associates, LLC is assisting a private equity firm in the Greater Boston area in hiring a Fund Accounting Manager. This role will oversee fund accounting, legal and regulatory support, financial reporting, and year-end tasks such as audits.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred, 5+ years of PE experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead and develop junior staff and meet strict deadlines.
