Job summary

Apex Group Ltd seeks an experienced fund accounting professional to oversee accounting and client service for Private Equity fund administrators. You will coordinate with global teams, prepare financial statements, and ensure GAAP compliance across multiple entities.

Responsibilities include month-end close, tax reporting, cash management, and internal controls. A BS/BA in accounting or finance, 3+ years’ experience, and supervisory exposure are required; CPA/MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting or finance required; 3+ years accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and strong analytical skills.
• CPA or MBA is a plus; proficiency with Excel and accounting software required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in fund accounting and client service for Private Equity fund administration clients.
• Coordinate with global teams; prepare/maintain financial statements and reports; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage month-end / year-end close, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and tax-related reporting.
• Develop internal controls, policies, and financial systems; supervise accounting staff; support audits and regulatory reviews.
