Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years’ supervisory experience in performance management, training and retention.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• MBA/MSA strongly preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Forecasting and budgeting experience desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Investran or similar software a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of client Funds and communicate with General Partners.
• Supervise Staff Accountant I/II, Senior Accountant I/II, and Associate Manager teams.
• Oversee quarterly financial statements for Limited Partners and fund performance.
• Prepare schedules to support general ledger balances and regulatory forms.
• Calculate and distribute capital calls and proceeds to Limited Partners.
• Interpret terms in the Limited Partnership Agreement and review waterfall structures.
• Coordinate audits and provide reports to auditors; support audit confirmations.
