Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking an experienced fund finance professional to join its hedge fund accounting and reporting team. The role targets candidates with Big 4 public accounting or private fund accounting backgrounds and exposure to hedge funds, private equity, funds of funds, or private credit.

You will oversee NAVs, reconciliations, fee calculations, investor reporting, and cash flow analyses while coordinating with third-party administrators, custodians, and internal teams to support

Qualifications

• Experience in hedge funds, private equity, funds of funds, or private credit.
• Background from Big 4 public accounting or private fund accounting preferred.
• Strong accounting and reporting skills for complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly estimated and final fund NAVs.
• Analyze NAV reconciliations with third-party administrators and custodians.
• Review management and performance fee calculations.
• Reconcile investor capital statements and fund reporting.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and external service providers.
