U.S. Bank is seeking an Alternative Investments Associates and Accountants professional to support accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds and closed-end products.

You will calculate net asset value and disseminate performance data to advisors and investors, acting as the primary fund accountant across multiple relationships. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, problem-solving ability and precise standards for GAAP-compliant fund

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds and close-end products.
• Calculate net asset value and disseminate financial and performance information to investment advisor and investors.
• Act as primary fund accountant on multiple relationships, ensuring GAAP-compliant fund accounting functions.
• Record trade information, income/expense activity and apply securities valuation in the portfolio system.
• Enter and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals in the partnership system.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
