U.S. Bank is seeking an Alternative Investments Associate/Accountant to support hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end products.

You will calculate NAVs, record trades, reconcile contributions, and prepare financial statements under GAAP, while coordinating expense analysis and investor reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, with up to two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting

Responsibilities

• Calculate net asset value (NAV) and disseminate financial and performance information.
• Act as primary fund accountant on multiple relationships.
• Record trade information, income/expense activity and apply valuation of securities.
• Enter and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals.
• Allocate fund profits to investors for statements.
• Review fund expense analysis and processing.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
