Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze daily net asset value across multiple vehicles and track capital movements.
• Liaise with third-party fund administrators and auditors.
• Review and account for investments in various fund vehicles, strategic investments, and hard assets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, deal teams, and technology teams to enhance processes.
• Analyze monthly financial results and report variances versus plan and prior periods.
• Oversee financial close and planning processes.
• Maintain prepaid, accrual, and amortization schedules.
• Oversee complex fund operations and participate in growth initiatives.
• Assist in implementing and documenting processes and controls.
• Prepare annual financial statements, disclosures, and schedules.
• Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and perform analysis of daily net asset value across multiple vehicles and track capital movements.

• Work closely with executive leadership, deal team, and technology team to enhance strategic and financial processes.
• Manage and analyze financial results on a monthly basis and report on variance analyses versus plan and prior periods to efficiently report results.
• Oversee financial close and planning process.
• Maintain and monitor prepaid, accrual, and amortization schedules.
• Manage complex fund operations and participate in strategic growth initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and documentation of processes and controls.
• Prepare annual financial statements, note disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Partake in regular ad hoc accounting and finance projects and analysis.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in a combination of private or straight private sectors.
• Hedge fund experience required; digital assets experience is a plus but not required.
• CPA certification is a plus.
