We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our New York team and support a complex, evolving fund platform. This role offers hands-on exposure to innovative investment structures, close collaboration with investment and operations teams, and meaningful ownership over fund accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fund accounting for multiple funds, including monthly and quarterly closes
• Prepare and review NAV calculations, journal entries, and general ledger activity
• Account for digital assets, token transactions, venture investments, and complex fund structures
• Review work prepared by external administrators and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare financial statements and investor reporting packages
• Support audits, tax reporting, and regulatory filings
• Partner with investment, operations, legal, and tax teams to address accounting and operational matters
• Assist with process improvements, controls, and scalability initiatives as the platform evolves

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience within alternative investments
• Prior experience with hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, or digital asset funds preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
