GDH is seeking a Functional Test Analyst to assure quality and functionality of software solutions. You will validate requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage testing across multiple phases to support successful project delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise application testing, including regression and end-to-end testing, with testing assets managed in Azure DevOps. Hybrid work between office and remote is offered.

Qualifications

Role Summary

The Functional Test Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions through comprehensive testing processes. This position involves validating business requirements and system capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing testing activities across multiple phases. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise application testing to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test coverage.


• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and testing documentation.


• Execute various testing types including Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and UAT.


• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.


• Validate business processes and system integrations to ensure they meet specified requirements.


• Maintain testing assets and document execution results within Azure DevOps.


• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to project stakeholders.


• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and regression testing suites.


• Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to ensure alignment.


• Provide feedback and insights to improve overall testing practices and software quality.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
