Own the solution context and act as the Chief Architect for functional subsystems of the BHV Agile Release Train
Develop and drive the requirements architectural vision and ART solution context
Connect desired functionality to software implementation and ensure integration with hardware components
Lead contact for the BHV Engineering Pillar of the High Voltage Product Team
Define functional architecture vision, feature/epic decomposition, supporting technologies, interfaces, APIs, deployment requirements, and functional/non-functional requirements
Lead prioritization of the TFRP roadmap with Systems Engineering and the Product Team
Pursue innovation opportunities in the assigned domain
Own cross-functional FMEA linkage
Develop and approve system architecture requirements, models, and diagrams
Lead architecture-level development and testing
Oversee lifecycle engineering activities and ensure consistency and traceability of system requirements
Ensure robust, cost-effective validation strategies compliant with quality requirements
Lead technical solution discussions, product demonstrations, and leadership reporting
Guide SSLE requirements work and mentor/coaching SSLEs
Support SSTS technical requirements and BTS behavioral requirements development
Collaborate with technical specialists, system and software architects, and SSLEs to flow requirements architecture into ART features and enable story creation
Provide technical direction to agile teams throughout ART processes
Serve as subject matter expert for requirements architecture and the ART domain
Guide requirements management, diagnostic development, FMEA development, and acceptance criteria definition
Attend ART and scrum meetings
Support subsystem/solution requirements and validate system performance
Review and update the work backlog, determine technical feasibility, and estimate workload
Support resolution of critical functional, regulatory, compliance, and customer satisfaction issues
Facilitate closure of requirements-related PRTSs
Participate in Communities of Practice and share lessons learned, best practices, and intellectual property/results
