Elios, Inc. is seeking a Functional Solution Architect to lead Revenue Lifecycle Management projects on Salesforce, from discovery to design, build, and go-live.
You will map current-state CPQ processes to a cleaner future-state Revenue Cloud model and drive solutions across 1–2 client engagements. You'll collaborate with solution architects, developers, and configurators, running discovery sessions and ensuring the build aligns with business needs while coaching analysts and steering adoption
Location: Remote (US) | Type: Contract to Hire | Experience: 6+ years | Pay: $100-$120/hr
About the Role
We're hiring a Functional Solution Architect to lead Revenue Lifecycle Management projects on Salesforce, from the first discovery session through design, build, and go-live. You'll be the person who figures out how a client actually prices, quotes, contracts, and bills, then turns that into a Revenue Cloud solution their teams will use.
You'll join the delivery team of a Salesforce consultancy that specializes in quote-to-cash for subscription businesses. Most weeks you'll run business analysis and solution design across one or two client engagements at once, working alongside solution architects, developers, and configurators. A lot of the current work involves moving clients from legacy CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management, so mapping messy current-state processes and data onto a cleaner future-state model is a big part of the job.
This is a remote contract-to-hire role with occasional travel, and the team wants someone who can start within two weeks. If you're the kind of BA who can sit with finance, sales ops, and engineers in the same meeting and leave everyone aligned, you'll do well here.

Why Join Us
You'll be working with a team that does nothing but revenue and subscription work on Salesforce, so the problems are deep and the people around you know the space. Clients come to this team for its playbooks and its judgment, and functional architects are the ones who put both to work.
If you want to own the design on complex quote-to-cash programs instead of just documenting someone else's, this is a strong next step.
