Job summary

Omega Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft professional to lead the design and configuration of Payroll and related HCM modules. The role focuses on consolidating employee IDs into a unified Single ID and ensuring downstream payroll accuracy across systems.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to map data, validate conversions, and test payroll processes, delivering clear documentation and end-user training to support a smooth go-live in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing PeopleSoft Single ID consolidating employee IDs.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll processes including earn codes and paysheet.
• FLSA rules knowledge and calculations.
• Proficient Pay Group setup and FLSA functionality effects.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

TYPICAL DELIVERABLES

This role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to streamline employee data, improve system accuracy, and ensure a smooth transition to a unified identifier across PeopleSoft HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for PeopleSoft Payroll and related modules
• Assess current processes and define future-state workflows for Single ID
• Support data mapping, conversion, validation, and payroll testing
• Collaborate with technical teams on interface and integration updates
• Provide documentation, end-user training, and go-live support

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proficient in implementing PeopleSoft Single ID, including consolidating existing multiple employee IDs and understanding downstream payroll impacts
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll processes, including earn codes, earnings programs, paysheet build, retro adjustments and multiperiod payroll processing
• Proficient in PeopleSoft Pay Group setup, PeopleSoft FLSA functionality, and its effects on payroll processing
• Solid business and functional understanding of FLSA rules and calculations
• Strong problemsolving, communication, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
