Job summary
OnePeak Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Southern Oregon team. You will provide comprehensive patient care across office visits and telehealth, collaborating with a high-functioning care team to deliver whole-person health.

Qualifications
- Active Oregon license as a Physician Assistant or eligibility to obtain.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Strong interest in preventive, functional and lifestyle medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care via office visits and telehealth.
- Order and interpret labs/imaging; diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions.
- Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff.
- Document visits timely in the EHR; participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.
