Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Medical Provider (PA) to join our growing team in Oregon. You will deliver direct patient care across office visits and telehealth, while collaborating with a high-functioning care team to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes whole-person care, preventive medicine, and a strong patient relationship focus, with a four-day work week and no nights or weekends. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff.
• Document visits in the EHR promptly and in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.
