Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider for our Southern Oregon clinics in Talent, Medford, Central Point, Grants Pass, and White City. You will provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team.

This role offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered, no nights or weekends, a 4-day work week, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license in NP/PA/MD/DO (or eligibility).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or applicable specialty.
• Strong interest in preventive and functional medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform assessments, order/interpret labs and imaging, diagnose conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support clinic operations and maintain a positive team environment.
