Job summary
OnePeak Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care Functional Medicine in Oregon. You will provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth, developing personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions and hormone therapies.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing functional medicine training are provided. We offer guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ and a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends, plus
Qualifications
- Active Oregon NP license or eligibility
- Board certification in Family/Internal Medicine or applicable specialty
- Minimum clinical experience with emphasis on preventive/functional medicine
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Proficient in EHR documentation and care coordination
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care via office visits and telehealth
- Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret labs/imaging
- Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions
- Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine principles
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and mental health providers
- Document visits in NextGen accurately and timely
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
