Summary

The Functional Consultant provides initiative management guidance and functional expertise to support high-impact organizational projects. This role conducts detailed research and analysis to inform decision‑making, manages high‑complexity initiatives, and ensures that all deliverables meet established quality and compliance standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide initiative management guidance to support program and project objectives
• Manage high‑complexity projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and contractual requirements
• Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and functional assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop reports, recommendations, and business documentation to support leadership decision‑making
• Ensure product and deliverable quality through thorough review and validation processes
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards

Minimum Qualifications

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.29 per hour
