Pay Range:

$73,806 - $90,800

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Product Specialist supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. Working closely with senior CRM leadership and stakeholders, this role ensures the system aligns with business goals, improves efficiency, and supports data-driven decision-making. Reports to the Product Manager, CRM Services.

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least three (3) years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Product Specialist role, with daily Salesforce use
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement, including projects or campaigns
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Proficiency in configuring Salesforce features such as custom objects, validation rules, flows, etc.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Experience with third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier)
• Knowledge of data governance and user adoption strategies
• Experience working remotely and in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Responsibilities:
