Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required
• 0–2 years experience with functional test planning
• 0–2 years experience supporting ServiceNow applications, workflows, or platform functionality
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience testing applications and writing test scripts
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution recommendations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with users, technical teams, and functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

Location: Washington, D.C. area (hybrid)

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to support the successful implementation of enterprise software solutions. You'll analyze business requirements, support testing efforts, and help design technology solutions that improve business processes while ensuring applications meet functional and operational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Experience creating functional specifications, requirements documentation, test scripts, or user guides
