Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support a federal client in the Washington DC area.

You will analyze business processes, identify operational needs, and help deliver technology-enabled solutions in a secure federal environment. You will partner with stakeholders, technical teams and program leadership to assess current state operations, gather requirements, and define future state solutions that improve processes and align technology with mission

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
• Minimum 2 years experience with ADM for Testing or similar structured testing methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Business AnalystLocation Washington DC area hybrid Blue Rose Consulting Group Inc Blue Rose is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support a federal client in analyzing business processes identifying operational needs and helping deliver technology enabled solutions in a secure federal environment In this role you will partner with stakeholders technical teams and program leadership to assess current state operations gather and analyze business requirements and define future state solutions that improve business processes and align technology with mission objectives You will play a key role in supporting enterprise modernization efforts through business analysis testing process improvement and stakeholder collaboration

What Youll Do

• Analyze organizational processes systems business models and technology integration activities to identify opportunities for improvement
• Assess current state operations and help define future state technology enabled business solutions
• Gather document and validate customer and stakeholder requirements

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full time 40 hoursweek
• Hybrid work environment
• Must be local to the Washington DC area

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Minimum of 02 years experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials
• Minimum of 35 years experience with Accenture Delivery Methods ADM for Testing or similar structured testing methodologies
• Minimum of 02 years experience with ServiceNow
• Experience gathering documenting and analyzing business requirements
• Strong research analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to synthesize information and translate business needs into actionable recommendations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders technical teams and program leadership
• Ability to evaluate current state processes and recommend future state business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal government programs or secure environments
• Familiarity with business process modeling workflow analysis or process improvement methodologies
• Experience working with Agile Scrum teams and iterative software delivery
• Experience supporting requirements management user acceptance testing UAT or system implementation activities
• Experience using Jira Confluence SharePoint Microsoft Visio or similar collaboration and documentation tools
