MarketStar seeks a Function Lead to support the Reddit team in Ogden, UT. This role will manage the sales enablement and growth efforts, delivering profitable growth and hitting revenue targets.

The hybrid location in Ogden combines on-site leadership with flexible work arrangements. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field, 3+ years in sales leadership, and strong communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures.

• Ability to present concepts and ideas to various audiences.
• Ability to learn quick and excel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management.
• Drive and deliver program metrics and activity reports to MarketStar and Reddit leadership.
• Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies.
• Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized.
• Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices.
• Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals.
• Other applicable duties as assigned.

MarketStar is looking for a Function Lead to support our Reddit team. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team but ultimately will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals. Reddit is one of the hottest social media names on the market, and you will be part of the rocket ship that created the “Reddit Effect”. You will be a key player in delivering sales results and scaling Reddit’s SMB and Agency efforts. Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid. You will report directly to the Program Director.

What Will You Do?

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD. The salary range for this position is $80,000 USD annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $20,000 USD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
